12 days plus home study, case studies and exams.  The length of this qualification will vary from student to student and will depend on the time you have available.  You can complete around your current job as you have up to 2 years to obtain your qualification and because you will have achieved your diplomas you can gain insurance which means you can earn money whilst completing your NVQ portfolio.

What happens after my training?

To enable you to get your NVQ Level 2, you need to be able to show that you have practised the new treatments you've learnt. This is where your case study work comes in - and if you have insurance in place, you can be paid for this work. You will be provided with all the information you need to obtain this.

You will be required to complete and record a specific number of case studies in the following treatments:

• Manicures
• Pedicures
• Make-Up Treatments
• Lash tints, brow shapes, brow tints
• Strip Lashes & Individual Lashes

You will also need to complete exams and assessments in each of the subjects.
